THE PROMISE OF HOPE: Isaiah 9.1-7| UNTO US // REV. DYLAN KELLY

In Week 1 of our Advent series, Unto Us: The Promised Savior, we explore Isaiah 9:2–7 and discover that hope doesn’t wait for the darkness to lift—hope begins in the darkness because God steps into it. Through the promise of a Child, the breaking of burdens, and the faithfulness of God, we see how the Light of Christ meets us in the places we feel overwhelmed, weary, or afraid. As we prepare our hearts for communion, we’re invited to reflect on this question: What darkness are you bringing into this Advent season that only the Light of Christ can lift?
